What We Do

From a cracked sidewalk slab or a leaking flat roof to a full apartment renovation, we handle both exterior and interior work under one roof: Exterior — facade repair and restoration, masonry and repointing, brick and stucco, parapet walls, roofing, concrete, sidewalks and driveways, waterproofing. Interior — kitchen and bathroom remodeling, full apartment renovations, painting and drywall, flooring, and general contracting. Handling multiple trades in-house means fewer delays, one point of accountability, and consistent quality from start to finish.

How We Work

Manhattan construction comes with realities that don’t exist anywhere else — co-op board approvals, DOB permits, landmark facades, freight elevators, and strict building work hours. We plan for all of it:

3) Approvals handled — board packages, permits, and building management coordination.

4) Clean, managed execution — protected floors and common areas, daily cleanup, and regular updates.

5) Final walkthrough — we review everything together and don’t close the project until you’re satisfied.
